D&D Decorators is a locally owned painting and carpentry contractor with an office on Cedar Street in Brunswick. We handle everything from a single porch rail to a full exterior repaint, for homeowners, rental owners and property managers across Glynn County.
Owners who live elsewhere hire us because we work the way they need: we go look, we send photos, we price every item on its own, and our own crews do the work. You decide everything from home.

Answers for owners who live elsewhere
Do I need to be there for the assessment?
No. We only need the address and a way to reach you. The assessment covers the outside of the house, so nobody has to let us in. If you live here and want to walk it with the estimator, mention that on the form.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's how we write the estimate, and you're under no obligation to book any work.
How soon will I get the report?
Within five business days of the visit in most cases. If the property is large or has several buildings, we'll tell you up front.
Do you warranty the work?
Yes. Every project we complete carries a three-year workmanship warranty, and we keep your colors and products on file for future touch-ups.
Can you work around rental bookings?
Yes. Send the calendar or your manager's contact and we'll schedule into the open dates.
How do I approve work and pay from out of state?
The scope and pricing come by email and you approve in writing. We'll walk you through scheduling and payment when you're ready. You won't need to fly in to sign anything.
