Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, measure, look at the condition of your siding and trim, and give you a written price. There's no charge and no obligation to book. If the number doesn't work for you, that's a fine answer.
What does the $250 apply to?
A full exterior repaint with a project total of $2,500 or more, before the discount. One offer per household, and it can't be combined with other promotions. Mention code BLOCK BONUS when you call, or just submit the form and we'll apply it to your estimate.
How do I know if my project qualifies?
That's what the free estimate is for. We'll walk the house, price the work in writing, and your estimate will show whether the $250 applies. You don't need to know your number before you ask.
What if my project comes in under $2,500?
You still get the free written estimate, and we're still glad to do the work. The Block Bonus just won't apply to that price. Your estimate will say so up front, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not usually. Most exterior estimates are done from the outside. We'll call first, walk the house, and send the written price. If there's something specific you want us to look at, be there or leave a note in the form.
What if I'm not ready to paint until spring?
Get the estimate now anyway. The $250 Block Bonus is tied to requesting your estimate by 11/30, not to when the work happens. Book the estimate before the deadline and the discount holds for a qualifying project whenever you schedule it.
How long does an exterior repaint take?
Most homes in this area run several days to about a week, depending on size, siding type, and how much prep and repair the house needs. Your written estimate will include the expected schedule.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and the painters and carpenters on your property are D&D employees. Our crews are at your home daily, so that coverage matters to us as much as it does to you.
Do you do interiors too?
We do: interior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, and commercial work as well. If you're having us out for the exterior, mention anything inside and we'll price it at the same visit.
